This role offers a chance to lead quality across several complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. The Project Quality Engineer will confirm that project quality requirements align with business strategies. They will ensure consistent and accurate application of these requirements throughout the project. The goal is to achieve the stated requirements safely and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $84,750 - $124,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What you Will Do in This Role:

  • Lead and manage RCA investigations with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and complete project quality plans to meet requirements.

  • Support Quality Gate reviews and perform pre-gate quality assessments.

  • Track project quality benchmarks and provide monthly performance reports.

  • Ensure project activities align with contractual quality requirements and the Dematic Quality Management System.

  • Drive continuous improvement and address process or plan deviations.

  • Partner with regional teams to improve product quality and process execution.

  • Use advanced analytics to identify trends, speed up RCA investigations, and support data-informed quality improvements.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field. Preferred minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar role

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred

  • Project Management experience preferred

  • Proven ability to write and produce technical reports and ability to coordinate internal and external quality audits

  • Proven skills in quality improvement techniques (i.e. RCA, A3, 8D)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong capabilities in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Data-driven and capabilities in using Power BI, AI, and/or other data capture tools is preferred

  • Ability to travel 50% or more (as required) domestically, with potential international travel
