Responsibilities:
- Define, manage and follow product / process planning milestones, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, internal procedures, and applicable standards.
- Monitor and control performances by tracking KPI’s, identifying risks and implementing preventive actions.
- Manage the risk change matrix by analyzing gaps, coordinating corrective actions and ensuring full traceability with departments.
- Lead quality and development reviews acting as the interface between functions, suppliers, and the project team, and presenting reports.
Requirements:
- Engineering Industrial degree, experience in Li-ion battery cell manufacturing would be a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and facilitating APQP processes.
- Ability to engage and influence other functions involved in technical development.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to manage priorities, deliverables, and deadlines efficiently with minimal need for escalation.
- Continuous improvement mindset and solution-oriented approach.
- Highly organized, results- and customer-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
- Languages required: French (minimum B2 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
Skills Required
- Engineering Industrial degree

- Knowledge and hands-on experience with FMEA, control plans and validation plans
- Experience with KPI monitoring and performance control
