What you will do:
The Project QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) installations on the Greenbelt Project comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves preparing inspection and test plans (ITPs), conducting site inspections, managing documentation, and ensuring all quality control processes are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
How you will do it:
• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans for HVAC and BMS scope.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards to establish quality requirements.
• Prepare and maintain inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and checklists for HVAC/BMS systems.
• Conduct inspections and testing of materials, equipment, and installations to ensure compliance with approved standards.
• Monitor the installation works and ensure proper documentation of all QA/QC activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for quality-related matters and ensure adherence to standards.
• Raise and close non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented effectively.
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure findings are addressed and closed in a timely manner.
• Support commissioning teams in quality verification during system testing and final handover.
• Maintain quality records for as-built documentation and final project submission.
What we look for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in QA/QC roles for MEP, HVAC, or BMS projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS controls, and relevant standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISO, etc.).
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, documentation control, and audit processes.
• Good understanding of testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
