Preferred candidate will be located in the Houston area with a bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to ensure effective communication with clients. This is a permanent, hybrid role.
As a Specialist, you will take on a supportive role in the planning, monitoring, and management of internal non-technical projects. You will play a crucial role in maintaining project documentation, assisting with resource management, and ensuring project milestones are met. This role offers growth opportunities for those with some experience in project management.
Responsibilities:
- Support project planning and development of schedules.
- Track and report project progress.
- Assist in budget management and financial tracking.
- Maintain detailed project documentation.
- Support the identification and mitigation of project risks.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
- Assist with change management processes.
- Ensure compliance with project processes and standards.
- Provide support in preparing project proposals and reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management or related field, OR equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years of IT, Software Implementation experience, and demonstrated ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, preferred.
