The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $153,000 - $224,400 annually at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:Lead the Procurement Project Leads (PPLs) who serve as the primary contacts for the project teams.
Ensure the PPLs track the ‘as-sold’ budget to the customer vs. the ‘as-executed’ to capture Procurement cost savings/inflation performance.
Collaborate with internal partners (at all levels and countries) to ensure internal customer happiness and flawless project execution.
Drive implementation, maintenance, and compliance of procurement policies and procedures.
Contribute to strategic deliverables, actively promoting continuous improvement.
Advocate as the ‘voice of the customer’ to Category leads to ensure sourcing requirements are met or exceeded.
Ensure the sourcing strategies set by Americas-Category leaders are strictly followed.
Motivate, mentor, and lead the PPL Procurement team to achieve high and improving standards of performance.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Finance to develop and complete revenue forecasts based on percent of completions setup.
Identify Procurement-related business risks (supply, compliance, financial, etc.), quantify the risk, and develop plans to mitigate them.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
CIPS, CPSM, or relevant certification (preferred).
10+ years of Procurement and/or relative work experience.
5+ years of experience in team leadership and people development.
Specific experience working in a complex and fast-growing environment (preferred).
Experienced project manager, capable of delivering a project in various phases: from planning to execution.
Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for area managed, along with expert knowledge of other areas in the company and how they interact.
Demonstrates advanced understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management.
Ability to travel up to 30% domestically.
