Mission:
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a set of projects in accordance with the strategy defined
- Define strategic portfolio plan
- Manage a set of R&D projects (both Self-Funded and Customer Funded ones) relying on different project managers
- Align projects to strategic objectives
- based on clear project objectives, define initial project baselines in cooperation with project managers
- Ensure that the objectives of the different projects are aligned with the strategy at any time
- Identify potential bottleneck and set priorities as required
- Review financial figures (actuals and estimated to complete) of each project individually on a monthly basis with corresponding project manager and put them in perspective with the progress based on the Earn Valued Management methodology.
- Consolidate the project portfolio’s financial figures
- Identify any lack of resources (quantity or skill) to achieve project portfolio objectives and suggest appropriate actions
- Manage risks and opportunities at project portfolio level
- Define appropriate key performance indicators and carry out the corresponding reporting to the management
Profile:
Required level of studies and experience
- Master degree in Engineering or Business administration, with at least 10 years’ experience in project/portfolio management in a high-tech environment.
- An experience working for an international company;
- Project or Portfolio management certification such as PMP or IPMA is clearly an asset;

- You are fluent in French and English (oral and written communication);
The defense sector’s knowledge will be considered as a major asset.
