What you will do:
Currently, project planning and scheduling practices is lacking across SEA markets, creating challenges in visibility, risk management, and timely delivery. A dedicated SEA-level Project Planning Manager will:
Act a PMO for SEA Project Delivery planners, ensuring all local planners have a clear reporting relationship to this role. Set standards and KPIs for effective schedule management, driving consistency and accountability across the region. Roll out processes, guidelines, and training for schedule management and the use of tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. Provide SEA Leadership with schedule visibility for major projects, including risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation advice. Support local teams in developing and implementing project schedules for complex projects, including baseline establishment and regular updates. Ensure baselined schedules are maintained and updated by local teams. Deliver comprehensive schedule reports, including:
Critical Path analysis
Two-week look-ahead readiness
Engineering deliverables and procurement status vs. plan
Develop and manage cadences to track ongoing project performance. Support local teams with analytical reports, including delay analysis for EOT claims, resource planning, and subcontractor/supplier progress management.
Assist in setting JCI proposed schedules for proposals.
Support Earned Value Management implementation as required.
Help local teams set up progress claim weightages to improve billing accuracy.
What we look for

Ability to deflect LD claims due to delay by others and for EOT if contract clause does not restrict.
Enhance visibility for leadership, enabling proactive risk management.
Drive standardization and efficiency across SEA, reducing reliance on ad-hoc solutions.
Support revenue recognition through accurate progress claims and billing.
