- Develop, review, and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
- Critically analyze EPC contractor work programs, baselines, and updates
- Monitor project progress and track performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) on a weekly basis
- Prepare schedule updates, progress reports, S-curves, and dashboards for management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 20 years of experience as a Project Scheduler / Planning Engineer with 10 years in large hydro projects
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Strong experience in earned value reporting
- Proven ability to analyze contractor schedules and challenge assumptions and logic
- Hands-on experience in delay analysis and EOT claims (e.g. TIA, as-planned vs as-built, windows analysis)
- Good understanding of EPC contract structures and project controls practices
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and project reporting tools
- Experience in infrastructure projects involving construction in soft ground
- Familiarity with FIDIC or similar standard forms of contract
- Exposure to cost control and resource-loaded schedules
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary and international project teams
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path impacts, and propose mitigation measures
- Conduct time impact analysis (TIA) and delay analysis in support of EOT claims when situation warrants
- Review contractor delay submissions and provide independent assessments
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and contracts teams to ensure schedule alignment
- Maintain schedule integrity, logic, coding, and resource loading as required
- Support contractual and commercial discussions related to time and progress
