Job Description
We’re seeking a dedicated Project Planner to manage and develop scheduling across all phases of our wind and/or solar projects. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, including phase-specific schedules
- Contributing to the project execution plan with detailed scheduling input
- Verifying and integrating third-party schedules into the master project schedule
- Monitoring work package progress with package owners and project leads to ensure alignment with project goals
- Reviewing contractor and supplier progress reports, including resource planning assessments
- Performing progress analyses, identifying critical path activities, and flagging potential bottlenecks
- Assessing the impact of schedule changes, visualizing scenarios, and proposing alternative schedules as needed
- Producing forecasts, key performance metrics, and scheduling insights for management reporting, while providing early warnings of potential scheduling conflicts.
Qualifications
- Higher education in a relevant field
- Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project planning and management tools
- At least 1 year of scheduling experience with large-scale, complex projects
- Knowledge of multi-project integrated master schedule management and individual project scheduling
- Strong analytical, structured, and accurate approach
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Would be an advantage:
- Experience with large-scale renewable energy projects
- Ability to work independently and make informed, independent decisions.
