Project Planner Parcel – Job Description

Position Overview & Responsibilities
  • Lead planning activities across all project phases—from sales and engineering to supply, shipping, and commissioning.
  • Define decision points and turnaround times with all involved disciplines.
  • Create integrated project plans that identify risks and opportunities early.
  • Provide actionable insights and monthly progress reports to project management.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to align expectations and execution.
  • Support successful project delivery through proactive problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage your own portfolio of Parcel projects and bridge project goals with supply chain capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in project planning, ideally with Primavera or MS Project.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical thinking, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

You’ll join the Global Execution team within the Distribution Domain, with a focus on the Parcel segment. The team supports global operations and regional centers in Southern Europe, LATAM, and the Middle East.
