As a Project Planner Analyst I you will be responsible for performing day-to-day operational and monitoring activities for multiple projects. This role requires the application of procedures and financial concepts, high level detail attention, excellent time and prioritization management to provide support with system updates and first level reporting needs. Also, be engaged with the Project Specialists and function as a back up in case it is required.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
- Provide support in the procurement process, working closely with Project Specialists and Buyers to ensure efficiency and on time delivery in the buyouts process.
- Handle buyouts requisitions, approvals, control, and track status/pricing/requirements.
- Be responsible for the projects set up, opening and closure, resource assignments, reporting generation, timesheet adjustments and any other entry/report in Clarity according to the procedure established.
- Perform the budget adjustment, invoicing dates, and task dates changes in Oracle applying the procedure and revisions required.
- Assure quality procedures are aligned with the processes and keep them updated if needed.
- Collaborate and meet defined standard metrics (Quality Compliance, On Time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction)
- Guide, train and assist other project analysts if needed.

For this role, you will need:
- Business degree or advanced student in Business Administration or Industrial Engineer.
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer support or project controlling positions.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, especially Intermediate Excel
- Excellent communication skills. B1 English level.
- Proven experience working with high detail-oriented customers.
Preferred qualifications that set you a part:
- Knowledge in Power BI is a plus
