Job Description:

Position Overview

The Change Management Business Analyst (CM BA) supports the design and delivery of change management for Project Phoenix across workstreams and regions. This role focuses on workstream-level change impact assessment, communications and content support, training coordination, and readiness tracking, ensuring that end users are prepared and supported through design, testing, cutover, and hypercare.

The CM BA partners closely with the Change Management Lead, PMO, functional BAs, regional BAs, and HR/Communications to translate program plans into concrete, trackable activities for end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support change impact assessments by gathering input from functional BAs, regional leads, and SMEs; document how new processes, roles, and systems affect specific stakeholder groups.

  • Maintain and regularly update stakeholder lists, organization maps, and change heatmaps for assigned workstreams and regions.

  • Draft and refine change communications (emails, FAQs, intranet posts, meeting decks, toolkits) aligned with the Phoenix messaging framework and branding.

  • Coordinate training planning and logistics: audience mapping, training rosters, schedules, invites, recordings, attendance tracking, and follow‑up reminders for assigned workstreams.

  • Help design and maintain role-based training curricula and quick-reference guides/job aids for end users, leveraging content from functional teams and external partners.

  • Build and analyze readiness and pulse surveys; synthesize feedback into insights and recommended actions for the Change Management Lead and workstream leads.

  • Maintain the Phoenix change and communications calendar for assigned areas (workshops, demos, UAT, go‑live events, hypercare sessions) and ensure conflicts and overlaps are managed.

  • Track and report change-related RAID items (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and follow up with owners on mitigation and closure.

  • Support preparation and facilitation of change forums (change champion meetings, readiness reviews, leadership updates, hypercare stand‑ups); capture minutes and action items and ensure timely follow‑up.

  • Maintain clean, auditable documentation of change artifacts (impact logs, comms, training records, attendance, feedback, decisions) in the agreed project repositories (Teams, SharePoint, Box, Jira, etc.).

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or change management, preferably supporting ERP or other large-scale transformation initiatives.

  • Demonstrated experience with at least two of the following:

    Stakeholder and change impact analysis

    Communications drafting and coordination

    Training planning/logistics and learning support

Readiness / adoption metrics and reporting

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills; able to structure information clearly and present it in concise, executive-ready formats (slides, one-pagers, trackers).

  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence); experience with survey and LMS tools is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, IT, and HR across regions, and to manage multiple workstreams in parallel under tight timelines.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment and adapting to evolving program priorities.
