Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to take ownership of our projects, ensuring high-quality data operations and efficient project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project ownership, data management, and a proven ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts.

What you'll do:

Process Understanding and Account Delivery

• Partner with Lead Analysts, and Solution Engineering leads for the project's technical delivery.

• Plan, coordinate, and track all project phases—from kickoff to end phase—to ensure on-time, high-data quality deliverables.

• Extensive experience in data pre-processing, generating data driven insights and correlations to build data storytellings.

Project Management and Communication

• Lead and collaborate with Data Analysts to execute the tasks using Python, knowledge in Data Analytics, ML, LLM and related fields.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation related to the project and consistent communication to all stakeholders involved in the project.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, flag risks early, and coordinate with the support team for quick resolution.

Continuous Improvement:

• Propose and implement initiatives to automate repetitive tasks, enhance data-analytics workflows

• Collaborate on tool configurations, and enhancements to boost efficiency.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related field.

• 1 years - 3 years of relevant experience working with an Analytics/ Manufacturing/ Aerospace/ Automotive/ Medical-Device company and product company or startups.

• Prior experience in leading a team of Associate/Data Analysts and Project management.

• Can understand project requirements and deliver using analytics and project management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with a startup.

• Techstacks/ Tools:

  • Python, Excel, ML, LLM and related fields.

  • Intermediate to Advance SQL

  • GIT (Basic knowledge of version control, branching, committing, and collaborating using repositories), ML, LLM and related fields.
