Responsibilities
- Support project coordination by tracking milestones, deliverables, and progress updates.
- Assist with documentation, reports, and internal communications.
- Help organize meetings, capture action items, and follow up on key tasks.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other teams to streamline operations.
- Provide support for team activities and onboarding of new members.
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Project Management, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in technology or the gaming industry — no coding required!
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools (Jira,Confluence).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong initiative.
