- Own the day-to-day management of project data in Vantagepoint and Birdview, supporting projects from initial setup through execution
- Keep project records up to date by managing firm, contact, and opportunity information with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain contract and financial data in Vantagepoint and Birdview, including budgets, addendums, and overall project status
- Support contract execution by processing required forms and ensuring updates are reflected in project systems
- Track and manage change orders and budget updates to keep project information accurate and aligned
- Monitor contract progress and document status, helping ensure timely execution and visibility across teams
- Partner with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to review project status and ensure information is current
- Provide regular updates to team leadership on contract status, risks, and potential issues
- Maintain organized project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
