Job Summary
The Project Officer (Outsourcing) is responsible for coordinating and executing staff outsourcing projects for client organizations. The role involves handling the full cycle of outsourced staffing – from recruitment and onboarding to deployment, monitoring, and performance reporting – ensuring timely delivery of quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand outsourcing needs, staffing numbers, roles, and timelines.
Support the recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates for outsourced roles.
Prepare and manage employment documentation such as contracts, job descriptions, and onboarding materials.
Coordinate deployment, orientation, and integration of outsourced staff into client environments.
Maintain regular communication with clients and outsourced staff to monitor performance and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and client-specific standards.
Track and document project progress, staff movements, and changes.
Prepare and submit regular project updates, reports, and performance evaluations.
Support payroll and timesheet management in collaboration with the HR and finance teams.
Assist with contract renewals, staff replacement, and project closeout procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
2–4 years experience in HR, recruitment, or project coordination – preferably in an outsourcing or consulting environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple outsourcing projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of local labor regulations and HR best practices.
You must have a functional laptop and reside in a stable network area.
