We are looking for Project Officer to conduct research in the areas of safety-critical control theory and machine learning. The role will focus on combining new theory or method in nonlinear system control and state-of-the-art machine learning systems, with applications to various robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research in the area of control theory and machine learning
- Conduct experiments on different robotic platforms
- International collaborations in the above areas
- Publish papers in related top journals and conferences
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in control theory, machine learning, robotics, or related field
- Familiarity with nonlinear systems and control theory/state-of-the-art machine learning systems (diffusion, transformers, etc.)/robotics.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in programing (e.g., Python) and machine learning tools (e.g., PyTorch)
