Our team is diverse, with skillsets and responsibilities ranging from graphic design, content creation and performance marketing to internal communications and loyalty & rewards programs. What you’ll be doing:
- Support B2B customer acquisition and prospect nurturing campaigns in all stages from planning, deployment, and measurement.
- Manage, prioritize, maintain, and track multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure successful delivery of all projects – organize people, deadlines, meetings, and resources along the entire project lifecycle.
- Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams to execute all campaigns effectively and efficiently across channels such as email, paid media, site etc.
- Draft creative briefs, collect, and provide feedback, and proof all materials prior to deployment.
- Clearly articulate & present project status reports, next steps & action items, challenges, risks, reviews & approvals, and escalate as necessary.

- Detail oriented, highly organized individual with strong project management skills
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work well independently and within a team setting including across multiple internal teams

- 2+ years of related work experience in marketing or project management
- 2+ years' experience using marketing or project management platforms
