Responsibilities

Agile Program Management (50%)

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to maintain and prioritize sprint backlogs.
  • Manage sprint boards and work tracking tools to ensure visibility of project scope, progress, blockers, dependencies, and risks.
  • Partner with the team to enable continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing OM Product Operations Data Analytics tools and processes.
  • Identify and escalate blockers impacting team productivity and outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among business, technical, and operational teams.
  • Promote Agile best practices and support organizational Agile maturity.

Scope Management (20%)

  • Translate business objectives into actionable sprint deliverables.
  • Manage project scope through backlog refinement and change control processes.
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations and delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate dependencies across multiple initiatives and teams.
  • Facilitate prioritization discussions to align with broader organization priorities.

Reporting (10%)

  • Develop and maintain project dashboards and status reports.
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators.
  • Utilize MS Teams Planner, Smartsheet, Excel, and Microsoft tools to provide accurate project visibility.
  • Support PMO governance requirements through preparation of periodic project updates.

Communications & Engagement (20%)

  • Develop communication approaches supporting OM Corp Function objectives and organizational engagement.
  • Manage and maintain the OM Function SharePoint site as a central communication platform.
  • Create and publish updates, success stories, announcements, and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare communication materials to drive engagement.
  • Support leadership communications and organizational change management activities.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or other related disciplines.  A master’s degree or advanced certification in Project Management is a plus.
  • PMP Certification: Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certification) required.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing projects from initiation to completion. Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile Scrum teams, including sprint planning and execution, backlog management, agile metrics and reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, MS Teams Planner, Jira, Trello) for planning, executing, and tracking project tasks. MS SharePoint to manage communication platform. Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess project risks and derive actionable solutions.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
