Project Management Specialist II – Pricing Tools Analyst

As a Project Management Specialist II within Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in leading, managing, optimizing, and supporting business tools, systems, and applications that enable operational excellence and data-driven decision-making across the Aerospace Pricing organization. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that pricing tools and related systems are effectively configured, maintained, enhanced, and leveraged to improve productivity, reporting capabilities, process automation, and overall business efficiency. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support strategic projects, and help deliver scalable solutions that meet evolving business requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working with business applications and reporting platforms, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical system and process improvements. Experience in pricing, commercial operations, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives will be highly valued. This role is part of the Aerospace Pricing function and will be based in Bangalore, India, operating on an on-site work schedule.Responsibilities
  1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and support pricing-related tools, applications, and business systems used across the Aerospace Pricing organization.
  • Drive tool optimization initiatives to improve process efficiency, reporting accuracy, and user experience
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using reporting and visualization tools.
  • Design, build, and support end-to-end ETL/data pipelines using Alteryx to automate data integration and reporting processes
  • Optimize database performance through SQL development, stored procedures, query tuning, and collaboration with technical teams on data infrastructure requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process standardization to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency. 
  •  Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across pricing systems and reporting platforms.
  • Monitor tool performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams and vendors to resolve system challenges. 
  • Support strategic projects and change management initiatives related to pricing capabilities, digital tools, and analytics.
Qualifications
  1. YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience supporting business tools, analytics platforms, reporting systems, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop practical, business-focused solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively communicate project status/challenges.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and modeling. 
  • Experience working with ERP systems and business applications. 
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization, reporting, and automation tools such as Power BI, SQL, Power Apps, Power Automate, Tableau, or similar technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system enhancements, process improvements, and scalable solutions.
