As a Project Manager/Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to support the initiative execution at the Iowa City Site. Your role as the Technical Engineer/Project Manager will be a key enabler in leading and delivering base business and initiative masterplan for Beauty and be the liaison with Central Engineering for feasibility studies and feasibility requests. You will be a contact for capital spend, trending, forecasting, and overall execution for all Process Area Projects.
In this role you will build an engineering mastery. Provides support on:

Engineering matters for the Business Unit and innovation projects and initiatives

Site engineering issues and problems

Innovation of new and current product lines offered by the company.

Job Qualifications
Ideal Skills/Experiences for the role:
-
-Project Management - experience managing scope, cost, schedule, certifications is a plus. Ideal candidate will have experience managing construction activities, cost estimation, scheduling, and setting direction for individuals to deliver a common objective.

Knowledge of experience managing capital and expense budgets is a plus
Required Qualifications:
-
Prior technical experience with liquids filling/packing and/or experience with machine design is ideal.

This is an entry level position so we are looking for:

BS/MS Engineering or related Degree

Demonstrated technical mastery, leadership, and collaboration skills is required.

Proven ability to deliver projects at cost and on schedule is required.

Experience in executing projects and use of the standard 'V' Model work process, design through validation.
