As a Project Manager/Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to support the initiative execution at the Iowa City Site. Your role as the Technical Engineer/Project Manager will be a key enabler in leading and delivering base business and initiative masterplan for Beauty and be the liaison with Central Engineering for feasibility studies and feasibility requests. You will be a contact for capital spend, trending, forecasting, and overall execution for all Process Area Projects.

In this role you will build an engineering mastery. Provides support on:

  • Engineering matters for the Business Unit and innovation projects and initiatives

  • Site engineering issues and problems

  •  Innovation of new and current product lines offered by the company.

Job Qualifications

Ideal Skills/Experiences for the role:

  • -Project Management - experience managing scope, cost, schedule, certifications is a plus. Ideal candidate will have experience managing construction activities, cost estimation, scheduling, and setting direction for individuals to deliver a common objective.

  • Knowledge of experience managing capital and expense budgets is a plus

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior technical experience with liquids filling/packing and/or experience with machine design is ideal.

  • This is an entry level position so we are looking for:

    • 0-3 Years of Experience

  • BS/MS Engineering or related Degree

  • Demonstrated technical mastery, leadership, and collaboration skills is required.

  • Proven ability to deliver projects at cost and on schedule is required.

  • Experience in executing projects and use of the standard 'V' Model work process, design through validation.
