About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Program / Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes complete ownership of their work. This individual will serve as the connective tissue across multiple business functions — gathering data, building insights, creating compelling presentations, and driving alignment with senior leadership. You will be expected to work independently, proactively manage timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality outputs without requiring supervision or follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End project and program management across cross-functional initiatives, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  
• Work directly with multiple functional leads to gather data, understand business context, and synthesize insights.
  
• Build, design, and refine high-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and stakeholder reviews.
  
• Interrogate and validate datasets — question assumptions, identify gaps, and ensure accuracy before presenting to leadership.
  
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, building trust and securing buy-in across different functions and leadership levels.
  
• Own the full presentation lifecycle: from ideation and data collection, through deck creation, to presenting and obtaining leadership sign-off.
  
• Leverage AI prompt engineering tools to enhance productivity, accelerate research, and improve output quality.
  
• Proactively track action items, follow through on commitments, and ensure no dependency is missed — without being chased.
  
• Maintain structured project documentation, status trackers, and reporting dashboards in Excel and other tools.
  
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance team effectiveness.

Required Skills & Competencies

Core Technical Skills

•            Project / Program Management — planning, tracking, risk management, and delivery – Must Have

•            Advanced Microsoft Excel — data structuring, formulas & Pivot and dashboards – Must Have

•            Microsoft PowerPoint — professional deck creation, storytelling, and visual design – Must Have

•            AI Prompt Engineering — ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for productivity and output quality – Desirable

•            Strong data analytical mindset — able to review, question, and validate datasets presented by stakeholders. - – Must Have

•            Ability to translate complex data into simple, clear narratives for leadership consumption.

Qualifications

•            Graduate

•            Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Project Management or Program Management roles.

•            Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

•            Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.

•            Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering is strongly preferred.

•            PMP, PRINCE2, AGILE or equivalent project management certification is a plus – Desirable
