- Leads the analysis of vendor proposals, formulates the project plan, coordinates vendors, builds and conducts tests, and tracks project progress.
- Applies expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to manage moderate-sized projects.
- Works independently within technical areas, applying in-depth knowledge of multiple technologies as appropriate.
- Understands architectural issues and factors them into decisions and recommendations. Understands customer requirements and their impact on the technical direction of a solution.
- Maintains knowledge and awareness of the unit's products, services, and basic business processes, determining the role technology can play to support success.
- Manages project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost effective use of resources.
- Anticipates how technology enhancements will affect other business areas and assesses tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, and costs.

• Ability to analyze statistical data and present ideas and recommendations both orally and in writing [Required]
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management staff, private organizations and special interest groups [Required]
• High degree of judgment and originality to interpret the laws and regulations and to assist in the development of department and office policies, standard concepts, and administrative procedures [Required]
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word [Required]
• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]
• Knowledge of local and national trends in the industry [Preferred]
Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]
Work Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, project management or related expertise [Required]
Additional Information:
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
- Bachelors degree and 2+ years of experience OR
- Associates degree and 4+ years of experience
Licenses and Certifications:

Pay Range:
