Essential Job Functions

Assist in the planning, implementation, and execution of healthcare projects to support organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and barriers, and implement corrective actions to maintain project success.
Analyze healthcare data, performance metrics, and operational trends to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
Track project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization to ensure efficient project delivery.
Facilitate meetings, communicate project updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute information and recommendations to strategic planning, operational reviews, and organizational improvement initiatives.
Prepare and execute action plans to achieve operational, quality, compliance, and performance objectives.
Support the implementation of productivity, quality assurance, patient safety, and customer service standards.

Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Industrial Engineer, Business, Healthcare, or related field).
2–4 years of experience in project management or program coordination.
Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Planner).
