Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
  • Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
  • Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
  • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the role
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (should be full-time)
  • Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in project management and order execution, preferably in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • Contractual document review and interpretation of technical specifications to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Techno-commercial risk evaluation during pre-tender and post-tender phases, balancing technical feasibility with commercial viability.
  • Technical drawing expertise including schematics, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and General Arrangement (GA) documents for project execution.
  • Data center and export project management with hands-on experience in MV Switchgear (SGIS) products such as CT, PT, and Relays.
  • SAP-SD ERP proficiency for order management, project tracking, and seamless integration with business processes.
