What will you do? 

As a Project Manager, you are a key driver within the team and the right hand of our Client Leads and Strategic Planners. You ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish, maintain oversight, and bring structure, clarity and control.

You support the team with: 

• Managing stakeholders, client and internal contact, and keeping project administration up to date;

• Proactively coordinating activities to ensure projects run smoothly and successfully;

• Handling ad hoc requests with speed, accuracy and ownership;

• Organizing team and client meetings, always thinking one step ahead;

• Monitoring the billing process and ensuring alignment with contractual agreements.

In addition, you take ownership of the full project lifecycle by: 

• Leading projects from planning to delivery within scope and timeline;

• Structuring and maintaining project plans, timelines and dependencies;

• Identifying risks and issues early and driving mitigation actions.

What are we looking for? 

You are a proactive and structured Project Manager who takes ownership and drives results. You combine strong organisational skills with a commercial mindset and know how to manage stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

You also bring: 

• A completed MBO+ or HBO degree, preferably in business, media or a related field;

• Around 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within media, marketing or a similar fast-paced environment;

• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, from planning to delivery within scope and time;

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and influence both internal teams and clients;

• Experience with financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting and billing control;

• Solid understanding of project planning, dependencies and risk management;

• High attention to detail combined with the ability to maintain the bigger picture;

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken;

• Hands-on experience with Excel, Teams and project management tools such as Asana or similar;

• A proactive mindset, resilience and the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment;

• A drive to continuously improve processes and contribute to team success.
