Why We Need You:
In the Project Management Office (PMO) team, your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, closeout, and post-project analysis. You will also cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, playing a critical role in the successful delivery of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
You will manage multimillion-dollar New Product Introduction (NPI) projects under Article’s Assortment Program, bringing new products to market that expand our catalog and enhance our offering to customers. Through effective project leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Article currently has ≈70 employees in Vietnam, across our Sourcing, Technical Product Development, Quality, HR, Logistics, PMO and Accounting functions.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be part of a team of 7 Project Managers and Project Owners, collaborating to develop detailed project plans that align with specific objectives, while proactively monitoring, managing, and reporting any deviations from project timelines and budgets.
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of cross-functional projects that support internal customers' strategic goals and business objectives.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Wrike), ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with expectations.
- Conduct root cause analyses for issues encountered during project execution and collaborate with functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve overall project performance.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget baselines while maintaining clear communication and alignment across all project stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers and cross-functional partners to understand business needs, priorities, and constraints.
- Facilitate post-project retrospectives to capture lessons learned, drive continuous improvement of PMO practices, and identify opportunities to enhance cross-functional collaboration and execution.
- Analyze project variances and key performance metrics to assess project health, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive project status reports, ensuring transparency and timely communication of progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.
Who You Are:
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, change management, and/or process engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preferred fields include Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related area.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, as well as related tools and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
- Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools, such as Wrike and MS Project.
