As Project Manager – Sponsorships & Contributions within our Sanofi Global Services Bogota Hub, you'll manage the end-to-end process for sponsorships and charitable donations, partnering cross-functionally with business, finance, compliance, and legal teams to ensure every contribution meets Sanofi's purpose, goals, and compliance standards.

Main responsibilities:
Serve as key system administrator and process owner for assigned business units, managing contributions end-to-end through platforms such as CyberGrants, SHIFT, and eBuy
Organize and lead monthly Review Committee Meetings, presenting applications, capturing minutes, and ensuring timely processing of agreements, signatures, and payments
Partner cross-functionally with legal, compliance, finance, and budget owners to obtain approvals and ensure full alignment with policies and procedures
Manage transparency tracking, governance reporting, and data analysis, creating dashboards and ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Develop and deliver training materials to internal audiences, supporting business units with system access, enhancements, and issue resolution
Drive continuous improvement across the contributions process, managing system migrations and partnering with alliance partners where needed
About you
Project management experience in an international environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a bachelor's degree in project management or related field
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) — additional languages are a plus
Proficient in MS Office and web-based contribution platforms; experience with CyberGrants, SHIFT, or similar tools is desirable
Strong organizational skills with financial acumen, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment
Collaborative, customer-oriented problem-solver with an innovative mindset, digital literacy, and a strong sense of accountability and ownership
