The Project Manager concentrates on the planning, execution, and finalisation and successful delivery of projects according to client timelines and budget constraints. The Project Manager’s duties include managing resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, both internal and external, to deliver projects according to plan and in line with scope, quality standards and client requirements.
Duties/Responsibilites
- Act as the lead project contact on assigned customer engagements.
- Communicate clear role and project expectations to team members, and support performance through planning, monitoring, appraising, and regular feedback.
- Ensure each project is delivered in line with company policies and procedures, project governance requirements and applicable clients, contractual and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Demonstratable project management and planning experience, typically gained over 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Relevant project management qualification or training, for example PRINCE2, APM, PMP or Agile certification
- Experience in IT consulting, managed services, or technology solutions preferred.
- Possess excellent organisational, presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage client expectations, including in relation to scope, schedule, budget, and overall client satisfaction.
- Able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Able to prioritise competing deadlines, manage risk, and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business and client requirements.
- Performance of Essential Duties: Ability to safely and effectively perform all essential duties of the role whilst meeting established performance, quality and productivity standards.
- Attendance: Ability to maintain a reliable level of attendance and fulfil contractual working arrangements. This may include travelling to and from Company offices, customer premises and other work locations where required for the role.

- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting or moving equipment.
