Main Responsibilities

As part of the Project Management team, you will be responsible for leading client projects from end to end, from scoping through to delivery.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our client projects within the Professional Services team, based in Louvain-la-Neuve. You will also work closely with our teams located in Paris.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, including drafting project specifications, test scenarios, project documentation, and monitoring deliverables.

  • Coordinate technical and functional implementation within client environments.

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to recommend appropriate solutions and best practices (data models, data flows, implementation approaches).

  • Facilitate workshops and support clients in prioritizing their requirements and constraints.

  • Ensure effective coordination and communication between client teams (Marketing, IT), partners, and internal stakeholders (R&D, Development, Sales).

  • Contribute to pre-sales activities and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

  • Plan project activities, monitor deadlines, and ensure projects progress according to schedule.

  • Monitor budgets and optimize resource allocation (optional).

  • Structure project management processes, reporting frameworks, and governance tools (optional).

  • Prepare progress reports and analyze performance indicators (optional).

  • Design and deliver training sessions to support client teams.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in a similar role involving digital project management, CRM projects, or consulting.

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, CRM platforms, APIs, data modeling, and client advisory services.

  • Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy and efficiency.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and ensure smooth project execution through effective communication and organization.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in digital project management, CRM projects, or consulting.
  • Strong interest/knowledge in digital marketing, CRM platforms, APIs, and data modeling.
  • Fluent in French and English, excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and efficiently.
