About this role
We are looking for a Project & Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the end-to-end delivery of operational initiatives in Bulgaria. In this role, you will lead by setting clear goals, ensuring our customer-centric approach is always at the heart of our rollout plans.
You will work closely with cross-functional departments locally and internationally, utilizing teamwork to deliver business-critical projects smoothly. We want someone who will deliver by keeping processes simple while passionately showing care for our partners, couriers, and teams.
These are some of the key components to the position:
Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring we always focus on aiming high.
Define clear project scopes, timelines, and metrics to ensure we continuously drive excellence across operations.
Build detailed implementation plans and coordinate collaborative workflows across Operations, HR, Tech, and HQ.
Monitor post-implementation performance metrics and drive swift, impactful continuous improvements.
Act as the Process Owner for operational processes, creating clarity and optimization for local teams.
Maintain organized project documentation and status tracking using Jira and Google Workspace.
Build and manage project pipelines, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic business impact.

Highly proactive and independent workflow with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency using professional tracking and productivity tools like Jira and Google Workspace.
Professional fluency in both Bulgarian and English is required for this role.
Previous experience utilizing Salesforce or automated optimization tools is considered an advantage.

Skills Required
- Track record in project management, implementation, or process ownership within fast-paced operational environments
