This position reports to:
IS Program Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the management of project, to decide on a project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.), and to align with stakeholders. Each day, you will plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the Information Systems (IS) project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost, and agreed quality. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support and effectively managing stakeholders' expectations and relationships.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Electrification.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Defining all project documents (jointly with key stakeholders) including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.
- Using knowledge and experience to forecast contingencies at the initial stages of the project, assessing the availability of information and the risks and issues that may arise during the project and deciding on the best approach to proceed.
- Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
- Executing IS project communications and reporting IS project performance against the plan and expected business outcome.

Qualifications for the role
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages are an asset.
- At least 2 years Project Management experience in IT (waterfall or agile)
- Superior business acumen including industry trends and market innovations, and how other organizations are using them to drive digital business.
- Knowledge of Project Management tools & processes
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and expectation management skills; proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels. Customer focused.
- Self organized and structured, strong sense of ownership and accountability.
