During this time, we have invested heavily in developing and scaling the ShedPro platform, including our 3D Configurator and Ops Hub, to support both sales and operational workflows across the shed industry.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Project Manager will join the ShedPro Production team and report directly to the Group Product Manager.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects across the ShedPro platform. Projects may include new product features, platform improvements, customer-driven initiatives, internal process improvements, or cross-functional efforts involving Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Customer Success, and Service Delivery.
The Project Manager plays a critical role in keeping teams aligned, removing blockers, managing timelines, and ensuring work is delivered predictably and transparently.
CAREER GROWTH
This role is designed as a deliberate stepping stone toward a Product Manager position. Over time, the Project Manager will gain deep exposure to product strategy, customer needs, and cross-functional decision-making building the foundation needed to grow into owning a product area. High performers who demonstrate strong product intuition and stakeholder influence will be considered for internal PM opportunities as they arise.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Product Planning & Execution
- Own the planning and execution of assigned projects across the ShedPro platform
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Break down initiatives into actionable tasks and ensure clear ownership across teams
- Track progress and proactively identify and address blockers
- Cross functional Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Product, and Customer-facing teams
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and project check-ins as needed
- Ensure teams are aligned on priorities, timelines, and expectations
- Delivery & Communication
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet agreed-upon requirements
- Provide clear and consistent project status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Escalate risks and issues early with recommended solutions
- Process & Continuous Improvement
- Help improve project execution processes, workflows, and communication patterns
- Support consistent use of tools, documentation, and delivery standards
- Contribute feedback and insights to improve team efficiency and delivery outcomes
WORKING RELATIONSHIP
- Works closely with the existing Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leads.
- Acts as a facilitator and executor of approved initiatives, ensuring alignment and delivery.
Requirements
- Native speaker of Vietnamese, fluent in English (writing, speaking, listening, reading)
- 3–5 years of experience working as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role with an Engineering background preferred.
- Experience managing software or technology-driven projects; SaaS experience is preferred.
- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology.
- Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work comfortably with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with ERP, operational management, or workflow systems.
- Exposure to SMB, manufacturing, or operations-focused software products.
- Experience working with international teams.
