- Serve as the primary liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking with precision.
- Oversee project schedules, coordinate MEP and BIM processes, and ensure compliance with public sector standards.
- Write subcontracts and purchase orders, monitor budgets, and proactively resolve issues.
- Deliver projects to closeout with a zero-punch list goal and comprehensive handoff.
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with construction-specific software like Procore, ViewPoint, or Microsoft Project.
