We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team in Kuala Lumpur. 
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects across the full project lifecycle, ensuring that client objectives are achieved while maintaining quality, timelines, and budget expectations. 
You will work closely with technical teams, internal stakeholders, and clients to coordinate project activities, manage resources, and ensure successful project execution. This includes developing project plans, tracking progress, managing scope and budget, and identifying and mitigating project risks. 
The position also involves supporting proposals and project scoping, maintaining accurate project records within internal systems, and ensuring compliance with company processes and quality standards. 
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in facilitating communication between teams and clients, ensuring alignment on project goals, and contributing to overall project delivery success.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery meets client objectives, timelines, and quality standards 
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation 
- Coordinate project teams and monitor progress to ensure effective execution 
- Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and ensure cost control 
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle 
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure data is updated in internal systems (e.g. ERP)
- Communicate project updates effectively with clients and internal stakeholders 
- Support proposal preparation and assist in defining project scope and deliverables 
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained 
- Foster collaboration across teams and ensure alignment on project objectives 
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes and practices

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 
- 0–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role 
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively 
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal teams 
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage project activities to meet deadlines 
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment 
- Familiarity with project tracking tools or ERP systems is an advantage 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word 
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within a project delivery environment 
- Experience within a consulting or engineering environment would be an advantage.
