Project Manager – Integration Services
About the Role
We are looking for a Middle Project Manager to join Questel’s Integration Services organization. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of client onboarding and IP data migration projects, coordinating across a multi-geography team spanning EMEA (France and Tunisia), India, and the US. You will act as the central interface between clients, internal teams, and technical leads — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with a high quality bar.

Our Integration Services organization is a multi-geography team at the heart of Questel’s client success. We work with enterprise customers to migrate their IP data and onboard them onto the Equinox or Intelligence platforms. Spread across France, Tunisia, India, and the US, we combine local ownership with global coordination.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of IP data migration and platform integration projects, from scoping through go-live.
- Build and maintain project plans, milestone trackers, and risk registers across concurrent workstreams.
- Coordinate daily across France, Tunisia, India, and US-based teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and dependencies.
- Run client-facing status calls and produce structured written updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate project ceremonies, track capacity across teams, and escalate blockers early.
- Maintain onboarding documentation, process artefacts, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
- Monitor project health using defined KPIs and report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, retrospective analysis, and operating model refinement.
- Contribute to capacity planning and sprint forecasting across the integration backlog.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of project management experience in a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
- Proven track record managing data or platform migration projects end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English, French.
- Structured, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complexity and competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project and documentation tooling.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear client-facing language.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in IP, legal tech, or information services.
- Background working with Salesforce-integrated delivery pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum at scale across distributed teams.
- Exposure to API or ETL integration workflows.
