The Project Manager at Koolboks will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all initiatives align with corporate business goals and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities


Initiation and Development of New Programs:

  • Initiate and oversee the research, development, and implementation of new programs, including but not limited to direct mail campaigns, corporate sales, grants, conventions, workshops, advertisements, and sales tools.
  • Develop and promote initiatives that align with corporate business goals and objectives, maximizing value through ancillary revenue streams and new opportunities.

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Lead the initiation and planning phases of projects, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, to monitor and track project progress.
  • Ensure resource availability and proper allocation to meet project objectives.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure flawless project execution, maintaining clear and open communication channels.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
  • Communicate and negotiate with partners as needed to foster growth and support project goals.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
  • Conduct risk management analyses to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to upper management, highlighting project status, risks, and key milestones.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop project plans that align with budgetary constraints, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify internal and external needs, ensuring the alignment of project goals with organizational priorities.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Evaluate the success of completed projects and strategies, implementing recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.




Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
