We are looking for a Project Manager!
What you will be working on:
- Manage technical aspects of projects, including resource allocation, timelines, and implementing new functionalities.
- Organize and coordinate team efforts to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Translate business needs into technical tasks, prioritize resolution, and actively contribute to integration processes.
- Create and execute project plans, defining stages, resources, and timelines.
- Facilitate integrations by converting business tasks into clear, well-structured tasks for the dev team and communicating with stakeholders when required.
Your background:
- 3+ years of project management experience in software development and team management.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
- Proficient in backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, task definition, decision-making, and using Jira.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize information from various sources.
- Upper intermediate or Advance English level.
