Progressio is looking for a talented and motivated Project Manager with a
proven track record of at least 3 years in the Consulting Market, managing
customer communication, team deliverables and Project management across different types of projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing key projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a passion for delivering successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead project planning, scope definition, and resource allocation.
● Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
● Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
● Track project performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
● Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and timely updates.
● Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining high-quality standards.
● Continuously improve project management processes and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree; PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Consulting companies with a minimum of 3 years.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
