WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Coordinate internal and external resources for execution of projects
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Lead and facilitate the definition of project scopes, objectives, schedule, and technical requirements to ensure technical and fiscal feasibility
- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to facilitate the development of new products and systems using a hybrid agile process
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for effective project execution
- Monitor and track project deliverables to ensure successful completion of short and long-term objectives
- Report and escalate issues and roadblocks to stakeholders and management as needed
- Execute sprint strategy sessions using jira reports and project assets to guide focus to critical items
- Participate in development of processes and best practices
YOU HAVE:
Required
- Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of hybrid project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall principles.
- Proficiency in Jira® project management software and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical aptitude, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in leading new product development projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
