As a Project Manager at SixSpeed, you’ll be the engine that keeps projects moving forward. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that every deliverable meets client expectations and agency standards. Working closely with Account and Creative teams, you’ll balance details with the bigger picture to make sure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget. We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and keeps the work, and the team, on track.


THE TASK AT HAND

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Work closely with members of the Account Team to understand client objectives, priorities, and expectations.
  • Define project scope and deliverables and develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Communicate the project plan at kick-off with clearly defined deliverables, team member responsibilities, and project milestones/timeline.
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring that the right team members are assigned to each project.
  • Monitor team workloads and redistribute tasks as necessary to maintain optimal productivity.
  • Manage project budgets throughout the life of the project, proactively and collaboratively monitoring hours and hard costs.
  • Maintain project timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks, solving problems before they turn into larger issues.
  • Implement contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and agency standards.
  • Complete budget reconciliations and after-action reports, with a focus on continuously improving project outcomes.
  • Effectively portfolio manage client budgets across larger, more comprehensive accounts. 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Comprehensive project management experience in the advertising/marketing industry. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in project management processes and the ability to be dynamic in adopting new technologies and methodologies. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, always coming to the table with a solution.
  • Proficiency in budget management, with a strong grasp of mathematical concepts and the ability to effectively allocate resources to optimize project outcomes.
  • History of success in leading and delivering multiple complex, integrated projects,  concurrently on time and within budget.

This role offers a salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 per year. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the requirements of the position.
