About the Role
As part of our Game in a Box team, the Project Manager drives the development of our internal game framework, making sure teams are aligned and everything comes together like a well-orchestrated game level. You thrive in fast-paced environments, clearing blockers, managing risks, and driving smooth, high-quality delivery across exciting live and development projects.
What You’ll Do
- Own the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects from initiation to completion
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholders
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones and deadlines
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across stakeholders at all levels
- Monitor project budgets, resources, and capacity where applicable
- Prepare and present regular project updates, status reports, and performance insights
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and predictability of delivery
What You Bring
- Proven experience in project management within a software, tech, or digital environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and deadline-driven environment
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including technical and business units
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Experience in fast-paced product or platform environments
- Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven industries
- Experience working with external vendors or offshore teams
- Understanding of data-driven decision making and KPI tracking
- Familiarity with SaaS or live service products
Compensation
- B2B contract: 16,000 – 21,000 PLN/month (depending on experience)
- UoP (employment contract): 11,200 – 14,700 PLN/month gross
