The Project Manager – Interior Fit-Outs cum Design Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of interior fit-out projects, ensuring seamless integration between design intent and on-site execution. This role involves leading projects from initial concept development through planning, design coordination, procurement, execution, and final handover. The individual acts as a central point of coordination between clients, designers, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure that all project requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.The role requires a strong balance of creative design understanding and practical project management skills. The candidate is expected to review and guide design development, ensuring that concepts are technically feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations. Simultaneously, they must plan project timelines, manage budgets, monitor progress, and proactively address risks or delays to ensure timely delivery.

About the Role:
• Lead and manage interior fit-out projects from concept design through execution and final handover
• Coordinate between clients, designers, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure alignment of design intent with execution
• Review and guide design development to ensure technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with project requirements
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery
• Oversee procurement processes, vendor selection, and material approvals in line with project timelines
• Monitor on-site progress, quality standards, and adherence to drawings and specifications
• Identify potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
About You:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects with strong exposure to design coordination
• Proven track record of delivering commercial/corporate interior projects end-to-end
• Strong understanding of design development, drawings, and technical detailing
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, and contractor management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools (MS Project or equivalent)
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance creative design intent with practical execution challenges
