Job Description:
- Plans and manages projects under the direction of the Program Manager.
- Coordinates and prepares proposals in response to Client Requests for Proposal for projects.
- Along with Program Manager, coordinates project negotiation and acquisition with Client. Internally coordinates project set up and team coordination for each project.
- Coordinates the project and individual project’s work on project scope, schedule and budget.
- Coordinates project execution with discipline managers to properly staff project based on project scope and team members’ skill set. Coordinates with project execution team including sub-contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality control process.
- Maintains and monitors communications with Client project manager(s) to ensure project deliverables are provided based on project scope and schedule.
- Coordinates fiscal and contractual activities for the project, including project periods of performance, bi-weekly project status reports, internal project cost tracking, project cost tracking and invoicing to Client and internal project closeout activities and Client project closeout activities.
- Reports estimates to complete/estimates at completion on monthly basis for each project and is responsible for profit/loss for individual projects assigned.
- Will be the point of contact for the Client for the project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Engineering discipline
- Professional registration Architecture/Engineering – OR – Project Management Professional (PMP)
- 10+ Years of experience in Project Management of Facilities Engineering and Design Projects
- Top-secret clearance and eligible for higher clearance; eventual acquisition of TS//SCI will be required
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
