Your Role and Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.

  • Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.

  • Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.

  • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the Role

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background in power systems.

  • Proven experience in installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment, particularly in low and medium voltage systems.

  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic testing of power transformers, including electrical testing and condition assessment techniques.

  • Experience in engineering project coordination and management, including planning, organization and execution of technical activities.

  • Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in technical service or project environments.

  • Experience providing technical guidance and training to field service technicians.

  • Solid ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.

  • Experience in maintenance, extensions, retrofits and assembly of low and medium voltage switchgear and circuit breakers.

  • Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and customer-oriented environments.

  • English B2 level is mandatory, the candidate must be able to read, understand and write technical documentation in English.
