The Vistex Project Manager will lead large project initiatives, or manage multiple engagements for a single Vistex customer. The primary responsibility of this role is to build client relationships and successfully deliver the assigned projects. The Vistex Project Manager will provide thought leadership across all technical and business process aspects for the engagements they manage.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple clients/projects at any given time.
- Assist in pre-sales activities and expanding Vistex consulting services.
- Assist with scoping and estimating project work.
- Identify and close new service opportunities for your assigned clients.
- Identify appropriate consulting skills required for the projects.
- Onsite Lead for implementation project(s).
- Manage the SOW/Contract requirements and related change requests (CR).
- Adhere to all documented PMO process and procedures (DM Manual and related documentation).
- Define deliverables, templates and standards for the project.
- Develop and manage detailed integrated project plan including project milestone and deliverables.
- Identify, track, and report project performance metrics to the client.
- Manage project issues/risks, scope, budgets and client expectations.
- First point of escalation for project related issues.
- Establish "trusted advisor" relationships with key client and implementation partner stakeholders.
- Monitor budget to actual project expenditures, headcount and deliverable completion.
- Manage and maintain project financials (resources, schedule and budget).
- Develop in depth knowledge of project implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Mentoring junior project managers and delivery managers as needed.

Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better. Experience Required Experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Experience in agribusiness projects. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Stakeholders' management experience. Experience in project management implementation, including end-to-end project execution. Financial Management experience. Risk management experience. Independent thinking with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to changing schedules and manage multiple work plans. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn new software quickly. Preferred Fluent in English (written and spoken). Experience or knowledge of ACTIVATE and ASAP methodologies. SAP projects experience is a plus.
