Required competencies/experience :
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Demonstrated expertise in managing and orchestrating project activities, ideally in complex technical and multinational environments
Technical background and strong understanding of modern, cloud-based software products and/or space technologies, enabling productive collaboration with engineering and delivery teams
In-depth knowledge of project management techniques and tools applied to costing, risk analysis, scheduling, work organization (e.g., Jira, Atlassian) and monitoring technical and financial progress and variances
Proven ability in setting agreements, drafting contracts, and managing partners and subcontractors
As a key interface with customers and stakeholders, you have a deep understanding of business drivers and are focused on customer satisfaction and value creation
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Delivery and results-oriented, able to work with limited supervision and committed to meeting deadlines
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintaining composure under business pressure
Fluent English (above B2 level)
Nice to have:
SAFe experience
PM/SM certification
Experience with digital transformation projects or working in start-up/scale-up environments
Behavioral skills:
You know how to work in a team, even remotely, and you have strong interpersonal skills
Dynamic, ability to solve problems and move subjects forward
