Step into a pivotal role at the centre of Canada’s fastest-growing FinTech, where you’ll lead the execution of our most ambitious technology roadmaps. As a Project Manager for nesto Cloud, you’ll be the bridge between technical innovation and business reality, driving complex initiatives to completion in an environment where your impact is visible from day one.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the Roadmap: Take full ownership of key technology initiatives, driving the end-to-end project lifecycle from initial planning to successful final delivery.
• Bridge the Gap: Act as the vital link between business intent and technical reality, translating high-level visions into structured, actionable project plans.
• Drive Alignment: Maintain tight feedback loops and clear communication cadences between internal teams and external partners to ensure total alignment.
• Guide Implementation & Adoption: Lead the rollout of new systems by managing process changes and providing the hands-on support necessary to ensure the technology is successfully adopted.
• Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Provide transparent, high-impact reporting using Power BI and Excel to track milestones, KPIs, and resource utilization for leadership.

• Post-secondary education in computer science, business, information technology, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on delivering B2B SaaS projects end-to-end being an asset.
• You’re a proactive collaborator who keeps the engine running smoothly by organizing feedback loops that bridge the gap between business intent and technical reality.
• You possess a natural "owner" mindset with the initiative to identify pain points and drive feature ideas from concept to completion.
• You can take a high-level, sometimes vague business request and distill it into a structured technical requirement that an engineer can execute without constant back-and-forth.
• You enjoy staying informed on emerging tech and aren't just a passive observer; you’re always thinking about how new innovations can be applied to solve our unique challenges.
• You have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and are comfortable using Azure DevOps, Jira, and Power BI to turn plans into reality.
• PMP Certification will be considered an asset.
