Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner of customer qualification programs, from initial engagement to successful completion.
- Act as a project manager to plan, track, and execute qualification schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate across internal teams (Quality, Operations, Sales, and others) to ensure alignment and timely support for customer requirements.
- Monitor qualification progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively drive mitigation actions.
- Prepare and deliver status updates to internal stakeholders and customers as needed.
- Ensure customers receive technical, logistic, and operational support to smoothly adopt the qualified alternative solution.
- Maintain strong working relationships with customer engineering and Field Service Team
- Own the follow‑up process to ensure customer feedback, test results, and decisions are captured and addressed promptly.
- Escalate issues and coordinate resolution to remove barriers affecting customer qualification progress.
- Support or lead special strategic or cross‑team initiatives that help expand functional capability, improve processes, or strengthen interdepartmental collaboration.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to streamline qualification workflows or enhance customer experience.
- Maintain qualification documentation, program dashboards, and tracking systems.
- Develop reports summarizing qualification status, risks, and readiness for customer adoption.
