TASKS:
- Ensure project performance objectives are met (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, and Timing).
- Coordinate project launches to ensure full compliance with Valeo and customer expectations.
- Manage customer P1/P10 projects and project changes from both the customer and Valeo (P0).
- Drive project productivity objectives (P-30 product and development).
- Take responsibility for the achievement of project KPIs.
- Define project scope, secure necessary resources, and maintain control over them.
- Validate Project Team Members’ activities and propose timing scenarios to achieve milestones.
- Manage and coordinate all internal and customer-led project changes through the project team.
- Escalate gaps versus targets to the appropriate management level with speed and proactivity.
- Keep internal and external stakeholders updated on project progress.
- Manage communication with customers and management regarding development status.
- Prepare and validate reports on project development progress.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of experience in relevant position
- Interpersonal skills to manage functional organization
- Financial knowledge relevant to the project
- Good presentation skills
- Fluency in English
- Organised and structured thinking
